Patara Home Return Policy
At Patara Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to ensure the best possible customer experience, we apply specific return policies. Returns will be processed under the following conditions.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. To request a return, the products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Conditions
The following conditions apply throughout the return process:
- Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you, with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
- If the product is damaged, used or out of its original condition, your return request will not be accepted.
- If there is any deformation, scratches, wear and tear on the products or if the original packaging is damaged, returns will not be accepted and the product will be sent to you again.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Patara Home does not cover shipping costs for returns. It is the customer's sole responsibility to securely package the product and prevent damage during the return process.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return request, you must contact our Customer Service team. Once your return request is accepted, you can return the product to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and determine whether your return is appropriate. Upon inspection of the returned product, any return request that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
5. Refund
Once your refund request is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 10 (ten) business days using the same method you used for payment. For payments made by debit or credit card, the refund time may vary depending on your bank. Patara Home is not responsible for any bank delays that may occur during this process.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made or made-to-order products, used textile products (mattresses, cushions, etc.) due to hygiene conditions, and other personal use items in opened packages cannot be returned.
